All returned items must be returned in their original factory bag, wrapper or blister pack and unopened for a full purchase price refund. Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Returned items must be able to be re-sold as new.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

All opened returned items are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee charge. Customers are responsible for the shipping expense of returns to us.

Customers receiving free shipping will have shipping costs deducted if the return brings the total purchase to under $50.00.

Items returned in damaged, not in original packaging or severely used condition which cannot be resold have up to a 50% fee incurred.  All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued.  This has become necessary due to items being returned in a well used state just before 30 days and packaged in everything but the original packaging including a sandwich bag.

Refunds are generally issued within 24 hours following our review of the products being returned. This review typically is within 3 - 5 business days of the item's return to us. Credits are issued to the card used to purchase for the purchase price only. There are no refunds for shipping costs.

In order to keep bringing these products to you at our guaranteed low prices, these return fees are necessary to cover the time and cost of repackaging the product for future shipment.
